Ingredients:

rice basmati 2 cups soak for 0ne hour.yougert 0ne cup-ginger and garlic paste 1tsp-cooking oil half cup-gram masala 1 tsp-red chilli powder one tsp- haldi powder 1\2 tsp -salt 0ne tsp.onion 1 medium cut in slices .goat meat cut kia hoowa cubes mein half kilo.

Method:
sub se pehle patila mein oil garam karen or onion fry karen phir ginger garlic paste yougert phent ker dalen hadi salt chilli sab shamil kerke bhoone or gosht bhi dalden pani sookh jae to itnaa pani dalen ke gosht gul jae bhoon ker gurum masala bhi shamil kerden phir three cups water dalen jub boil hone lage to tamam rice dalden take rice gal jae or boil hoto flame dheemee kerden dum per rakhen nahayat chat pata rice tyyar hoga salad or raete keh saath serve karen its a tahari madrasi chawal dish.
