Ingredients: Potato 1 kg, Sugar 1/4 kg, Mix nuts 1/2 cup, Orange zest 2 tb spoons, Kewra water 1 t spoon, Ghee 1/4 cup, 5 Small cardamom , Yellow colour 1 tspoon, water 2litr

Method: Kush the potatoes and soak in water then put 2 litre water in a sauce pan and add yellow colour then boil.After boiling add Kushed potatoes for 5 minutes then pour them in a Chalni.Take another saucepan and spread boiled half of the potatoes and spread sugar then mix nuts and then potatoes on above do this 1 more time again and lid and put in slow flame after 20 minutes add ghee with cardamom and add Kewra and the Zarda is ready to serve! |
