How To Cook Strawberry Cobbler By Shireen Anwar :
In a bowl mix together strawberry pie filling, lemon juice and strawberry essence, spoon into a 8 inch oven proof bowl, put in hot oven 200 degrees for 10 minutes till we prepare the topping.
Method for topping
Put flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a baking bowl, add in a butter mix till crumbly add milk all at once, mix to moisten drop by spoon full over hot strawberry mixture, bake on 220 degree C for 20 minutes until risen and light golden, serve with whipped cream or ice-cream.
