Ingredients:

oil 1 cup

2/3 onions

tomato 3/4 according to your choice

potato half k.g

green chilli according to your taste

ginger/garlic paste 2 tbl/spoon

all spices

turmeric half tbl/spoon

white zeera

yogurt 1 bowl for raita

salt/red chilli

mint/dhania paste

boiled rice 1 kg

beaf .75 kg

Method:
take 1cup of oil in pot and let it to hot.
add onion and beaf/mutton in it
now add 4 or 5 glass of water
now add all the spices as per taste
add potatoes
keep on gas stove for 20 to 25 minutes till beaf is cooked
now add ginger/garlic and mint dhania paste
now properly mix all the ingredients
add rice and mix for 1 minute
in last keep on slow gas for 10 to 15 minutes
now sindhi pulao is ready and present deciently with salad and raita
