INGREDIENTS : Ingredients:
Pancake:
150 grams, Flour
275 ml, Coconut Milk
2 pcs, Eggs
2 tbs, Butter, melted
½ tsp, Kewra (pandanus flower extract)
1 tsp, Salt
2 tsp, Green food colouring (substitute with yellow colour)
Coconut stuffed:
200 grams, desiccated Coconut
200 grams, Brown Sugar ( can be mix with granulate Sugar)
2 tbs, Butter

How To Cook Pancake Roll with Grated Coconut Stuffed :
Let’s Cook :
Pancake :
Mix all ingredients, stir well until the batter mix well and smooth (the color can be adjust to your taste).
Heat a flat griddle grease with the butter, put 1 full ladle of the batter with circular movement, flatten.Back and forth until cooked.
Do it repeatedly until the batter runs out, set aside.
Coconut stuffed:
Over low heat, mix all ingredients.
Add some water, stir well.
Leave for a while until sugar dissolve and desiccated coconut becomes soft.
Taste it, remove from the heat to cool.
Finishing:
Take 1 sheet of pancake add 1-2 tsp coconut stuffed
Roll once, close both sides. Roll it out until the end.
Do it repeatedly until pancakes and coconut stuffed runs out.
Pancake roll with Coconut Stuffed ready to served as a family snack.
