INGREDIENTS :
• Thick green Noodles_gid484'>Egg Noodles bOiled 2 cups
• Salt ½ tsp
• Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
• Nutmeg grinded ¼ tsp
• Oregano leaves ½ tsp
• Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
• Mustard paste ½ tsp
• Cheddar cheese 3 tbsp
• Cream 4 tbsp
• Milk ½ cup
For White Sauce
• Butter 2 tbsp
• Flour 2 tbsp
• Salt ¼ tsp
• White pepper ¼ tsp
• Mustard ¼ tsp
• Stock 1 cup
• Milk ½ cup

How To Cook Fettuccini Alafredo :
For White Sauce
1. In a pan put Butter 2 tbsp,Flour 2 tbsp,Salt ¼ tsp,White pepper ¼ tsp,Mustard ¼ tsp,Stock 1 cup,Milk ½ cup, and cook stirring till thick.
For Fettuccini
2. In your cooked white sauce add cream, milk, cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, nutmeg, crushed red pepper and mustard paste, mix well cook till boiling, fold in boiled green noodles, mix well and serve with garlic bread.
