INGREDIENTS :

Potatoes (bOiled) 1/2 kg
• Curd 1 pao
• Onion 2
• Kerry/raw Mango 1
Green chillies large 6
• Turmeric 1/2 tsp
• Cumin seed 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
• Whole Coriander 1 tbsp
Fenugreek 1 tsp
• Chilli flakes 1 tbsp
• All spIces powder 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
• Cook time 35 to 40minutes & Serve=4person

How To Cook Dum Waley Aaloo :

Heat oil put fenugreek when give aroma add onion and fry till pink.
Add curd and cook for a while now chop raw mango/Kerry and add.
Cook till raw mango softens. Add turmeric, chili flakes and salt and boiled potatoes cover lid 4-5 minutes.
Put roasted and ground coriander and cumin seed, all spices powder, green chilies and coriander leaves give steam for 10 minutes.
