Ingredients: Spinach lassagne sheets 12
Grated fresh 2tbsp
Parmesan cheese
Chicken And Leek Filling:-
Vegetable oil 2tbsp
Leeks sliced 3
Chicken breast fillets cut into thin strips
Chicken stock ½ cup
Cornflour blended with 2tbsp water
French mustard 1tbsp
Chopped fresh fresh basil
Freshly ground black pepper

Method: Cook spaghetti in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet direction, Drain set, aside and keep warm
To make filling, heat oil in a large frying pan and cook leeks and chicken stirring for 4-5 minute

Place spoonfuls of filling on lasagna sheets, rolls up , top with parmesan cheese and serve.
