She was born in 15th of May, 1954 Karachi and took her early education in Karachi from Mama Parsi High School then completed B.Sc (Home Economics) & M.A (English) Degree from University of Karachi. She got married in 1976. She shifted America with her husband in 1984 where she was a teacher in “Western Foods Institute New York.” After 10 years she came back to Pakistan and started his Cooking activities.
Shireen Anwer has 27 years of cooking experience and two cook books to her name .She concentrates in a large selection of food ranging from oriental to continental however she personally gets pleasure from making desserts and baking. Her individual goal or view is always to create things all and sundry can love. After 27 years she still has passionate food lovers gathering her house.
Her untiring infatuation to create remarkable recipes, her warmth and personality has all make possible the gigantic achievement of the cooking show Masala Mornings. She currently has a wholehearted supporter following in numerous parts of the world especially in Pakistan and America.
