Ingredients:

LADOO

Garam flour(besan) 1cup

Water 1/2 cup

Oil for frying

Almonds sliced 1 tbsp

Crushed cardomom 1 tsp

SYRUP

Sugar 1 1/2 cup

Water 1 cup

Spatula with big holes

Method:
1. SYRUP: Take a pan add 1 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup water cook on slow heat let it boil first and then cook for 8-10 min now turn off the stove
2. LADOO: Take a bowl add baisan and water slowly make a semi thick smooth batter
3. Take a frying pan or Wok pour oil in it put it on medium flame
4. Now take spatula with big holes or u can take nimko gun and pour batter on spatula little drops of batter will go down in oil through spatula (it's called boondi)
5. Let them fry till it stop sizzling. take them out and put all boondi in sugar syrup and mix well
6. Add almonds and cardamom powder and mix well
7. Now leave it there for ten minutes
8. Make sure that syrup is hot when u add boondi in it
9. Now lave it till it gets warm and manageable don’t let it cool
10. Now make laddoo (small balls) and press hard between your palms so that extra syrup comes out
11. Ready to serve
