Ingredients:
• 2 cups white-sugar • 2 cups flour • 1/2cup vegetable oil • 1 cup water • 1/4 cup coca powder • 1tsp baking soda • 1/2 cup butter milk • 2 eggs • 1tsp salt • 1tsp ground cinnamon • 1tsp vanilla extract • 1/2 cup butter • 1/4 cup milk • 4 cups confectioners’ sugar • 1tsp vanilla extract (for topping) • 1cup chopped pecans

Method:
DIRECTIONS:-1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F(190 degrees C). Grease & flour one 9*13 inch pan.2. Sift 2 cups white sugar&2 cups flour together; set aside.3. In a sauce pan; combine 1/2 cup of butter, oil.water & 1/4 cup cocoa. Bring this mixture to the boil , remove from the heat & add to the above dry ingredients.4. Dissolve baking soda in butter milk, add eggs, salt, cinnamon & 1tsp vanillato cocoa, flour mixture & stir well.5. pour batter into 9813 inch pan. bake @ 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 minutes.TO MAKE FROSTING:1.Five minutes before the cake is done, combine 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup cocoa & 1/4 cup milk in a saucepan & bring it to a boil.2. Remove from heat & stir in confectioner' s sugar, 1tsp vanilla & chopped pecans. Pour frosting over hot cake. Cake moist & may b frozen. |
